WHISTLEBLOWING

Our cooperative pays extreme attention to the prevention of risks that could compromise the responsible and sustainable management of its business.

To this end, in compliance with the regulations set forth in Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023 concerning whistleblowing, special channels have been set up to receive reports of violations as indicated in the procedure indicated below (‘Whistleblowing Procedure’), to guarantee fairness and transparency in the conduct of business and activities and to protect the company’s position and image.

The reporting of any conduct that may result in fraud or which represents a risk of harm to colleagues and associates, or which constitutes acts of a detrimental or illegal nature to the interests and reputation of the company itself, can be an effective form of anti-corruption, if properly regulated.

To this end, Vecchia Cantina has equipped itself with an IT platform which, in accordance with the Whistleblowing Decree, guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and the content of the report in the management of the report.

All personal data will be processed in accordance with current legislation on privacy in full respect of fundamental rights and freedoms, with particular regard to the confidentiality of the identity of the persons involved and the security of the processing, also in accordance with the provisions of the Whistleblowing Decree.
